Loading Tips

Loading is a very important activity. Make sure that you have planned in advance for this activity.

You need finish all your Packing before the Moving Crew arrives at your door step. Make sure that you are present in person as this process begins. Supervise the process till it is completed

Keep the lists of cartons that need to be packed, at hand. Tick your belongings off the list the moment they are loaded on to the Moving Vehicle.

Always place the cumbersome belongings like wooden furniture on the floor of the Moving Vehicle, and make sure that these pieces of furniture are sturdy enough. Place on them the other items of yours. You need to fasten your belongings tightly, so that they will be undamaged

Always insist on a single Moving Vehicle, with a single driver. Make a list of all the items of yours that are loaded on to the Moving Vehicle. This list is called inventory, and this document has to be signed both by you and the driver of the Moving Vehicle.
