Packing Tips

Plan well to pack well. Packing is the one of the most important activities, and it has a lot of technicalities involved in it. Decide on whether you are going to hire a Mover for your packing needs, or would you do it your self.

Make a list of the belongings that you need to pack. Make lists, room wise. Categorize your belongings depending on their Moving needs.

Procure sturdy packing materials. Remember, you have to be sensitive of the nature of the belongings that you are going to pack. It would always be better, if you were to purchase packing material from a Mover. Cartons can be obtained from the neighborhood grocer.

Always pack your belongings room wise. Label the cartons and write down the stuff they are packed with. In case a carton is packed with stuff like glassware, antique pieces etc. mark it "FRAGILE."

Make a list of all the packages you have got. Do this activity room wise. This could be really helpful during the Loading process.
